Chalet Snow Removal provides sanding and de-icing as part of our complete winter solutions for residential properties, commercial areas, laneways, and roads. We mostly apply a combination of sand and salt to give traction as well as eliminate ice. As an added service we also supply and refill sand barrels to be used at your residence through out the winter.

Ice Dam Removal & De-icing systems
A major roof problem homeowner’s face from time to time is ice dams. They are usually caused by warm spells in combination with large snowfalls and inadequate roof ventilation. Melting snow can freeze at the perimeters and prevent roof drainage. The dam forces water backwards and can lift tiles or damage the roof pushing into the attic and flowing into the attic or your walls. The easiest way to prevent Ice Dam buildup is to remove heavy snow buildup from your roof. We offer solutions for both removal of ice dams as well as preventative systems for problem areas.
